I was planning in getting this joystick, and have done a little bit of researching to see if its fully compatible with WIndows 10. Most people say its just plug and play that it requires no drivers.
But I'm not sure if those people are using this joystick for advanced flight simming programs such as FSX/P3D/DCS/X-Plane. I've heard the computer won't go to sleep or shutdown if this joystick is plugged in as well. Can someone tell me if this joystick will work in Windows 10 and is fully compatible with P3D/DSC/X-Plane?
The Windows 8 Control Panel recognizes my Logitech Extreme 3d Pro and says it is working properly. I used the search Internet for most up-to-date drivers option and was told that I have the most up-to-date drivers installed. I opened up WoWP and selected Joystick as my Control Scheme. Clicked on Adjust Joystick Axes. Master the skies or the ground with the Logitech® Extreme™ 3D Pro Joystick. The 12 programmable buttons and 8-way rubber hat switch give you optimum.
